M-Track Solo offers a simple yet effective monitoring system for mic, line or instrument monitoring via the headphone minijack or main jack outputs with zero latency. The USB/Direct Mono switch allows you to select the source of the pre-listening, between pre-listening to the signal coming from the computer (USB) and pre-listening to all summed inputs in mono (Direct Mono). This system greatly simplifies the recording of new parts, or the addition of parts to an existing composition.
