The Starstream range has been expanded to include two bass models: the 2 S with two Aguilar jazz-style pickups and the 1 h with an Aguilar humbucker pickup. While featuring the same frame structure and body balance, the Starstream bass also adopts a reduced pitch and compact body to remain lightweight and functional.

Short 770 mm pitch

While the pitch used on most bass guitars is 870 mm, Starstream basses adopt a 770 mm pitch. This not only facilitates playing, but also allows the instrument to be more compact and lightweight, for easy transport.

Aguilar OBP-2 preamplifier

The highly acclaimed Aguilar OBP-2 preamp used in the Starstream Bass. It offers sound quality above the rest. With its boost/attenuation capability of +/ - 18 dB at 40 Hz as well as treble action of +/ - 16 dB at 6.5 kHz, you can adjust and mix to get exactly the sound you're looking for.
