Information about the radio station can be retrieved via RDS, while other functions such as mono / stereo switching (FM) always guarantee optimum audio quality. The front of the system houses a 2.8" TFT display in combination with a rotary pushbutton/function selector and 4 touch buttons. Controls and indicators on the front panel ensure intuitive and user-friendly navigation, allowing easy operation and configuration even for inexperienced users.

The signal output level is user-configurable, while Dynamic Range Compression (DRC) is supported, improving intelligibility at low volumes in applications with high levels of background noise. An F-type connector allows the antenna to be connected via coaxial cable 75 Ω. The balanced stereo line output is connected via two 3-pin terminal block connectors. The RS-232 communication port allows integration of the system with any industrial automation system and an optional 2.4 GHz remote control allows remote control of the device.
