AREOS-D control module

No complicated sub-menus - everything you need to have a smooth experience with the Giulietta VGA-3D has been implemented to get the most out of your music.

All electric guitar sounds at your disposal

In addition to providing bluffingly realistic electric and acoustic guitar sounds, the Giulietta VGA-3D adds the ability to control overdrive - to electric models- in real time. The AREOS-D control system has been specially designed to make it quick and easy to change the amount of effect, turn it on or off, and switch from clean to crunchy or "Higain", all while playing. No need to connect the guitar to a computer and use software.

Synths

When VOX developed the AREOS-D modeling module for the Starstream VSS-1 guitar, users requested that the instrument offer synth sounds that could be modified while playing. Using the same digital modeling engine, optimized for the Giulietta, the VGA-3D is the first hollow-body guitar to incorporate authentic synthesizer sounds. The result; synth sounds far more usable than on most guitar transducers, and without the problems known to this kind of system.

Special instruments

If you want to overdub with other stringed instruments, there's also the banjo, sitar and resonator guitar, so you won't have to carry extra equipment that will be used all too infrequently...

Magnetic pickup: the source

Electric models are produced from the magnetic pickup. The specially developed DSP further enhances the realism and character of each modèlisation. Models obtained in this way give a more natural feel and sound, and offer the same dynamic response as conventional electric guitars.
