A pedal-format tuner is a must-have for your pedalboard, but it can also be compact, precise, easy to read and high-performance! Such is the case with the Nux FlowTune MK2 mini tuner, developed to be as complete and functional as possible, thanks to its large, high-definition LCD display, its 4 ultra-precise tuning modes, as well as its Bybass options for customizable management of your guitar/bass effects signal. And last but not least, it's flashy blue! Perfect for standing out and easily spotting it on your pedalboard!
A modern, ultra-precise mini-pedal tuner!
The Nux FlowTune MK2 is a compact pedal-format tuner designed to take up as little space as possible on your pedalboard but without sacrificing readability and functionality. The new technology developed by Nux enables fast, ultra-precise tuning (+/-0.1 hundredths). The tuning range is vast (from A0 to C8), and you can adjust the A4's calibration range from 430 to 450 Hz to suit your needs. Its large, full-color, high-definition LCD display gives you the visual comfort you need to tune and display all the information you need, even in the darkest scenes. The very compact yet wide footswith offers comfort and sturdiness with its metal construction, just like the FlowTune MK2 chassis!
Four highly legible tuning modes!
Thanks to its large HD LCD display, this tuner features four distinct tuning modes including chromatic, standard guitar, compensated guitar (Inspired by the tuning style of James Taylor, aka Compensated Tuning) and bass, as well as three tuning display modes, depending on your preference. The first is a very precise strobe tuning mode, for rigorous tuning of your instrument, with the light markers scrolling up and down if the note is too high, and up and down if the note is too low. Two more standard "arrow" modes are also available, with or without note markers. These display modes are more classic and allow classic, precise tuning with ease.
Three Bypass modes to suit your needs!
Most tuners (and effects pedals) work with True Bypass, which prevents the incoming signal from being altered or colored when the pedal is deactivated. However, the signal impedance remains the same. The guitar/bass signal is high impedance, and can be altered or reduced by the connection of successive pedals or the length of cables, before being amplified. The "Buffer" mode allows you to switch the signal to low impedance (Hi-Z to Low-Z) to alleviate this problem. At the very start of your pedalboard chain, this correction is ideal for use with the FlowTune MK2 tuner, to ensure that your signal is as well preserved as possible, depending on the audio processing it undergoes. A very interesting option at this price level! True Bypass mode mutes the guitar sound during tuning, while Buffer mode lets you mute the sound or leave it on during tuning if you choose Buffer Monitor mode. It's up to you, well tuned!
