matted all the components of the pedal so that it faithfully reproduces
the sound and nuances of the original. Warm and
dynamic, this overdrive respects the character of your gear, from
guitar to amp.
The Duke of Tone features a simple but
effective interface: the classic Volume, Drive and Tone cover a wide range
of tones and the Boost/OD/Distortion switch selects the overall
saturation level.
Boost mode boosts the overall level by
retaining a clean sound or a slight crunch, OD mode adds a touch of
saturation and compression, and Distortion mode switches to the next level of
saturation. But no matter the mode, the pedal doesn't distort
your sound. Be creative: the Duke of Tone responds very well in
upstream of other overdrives or distortions. You can also
power it with 18V to gain headroom and clarity, especially in
Boost mode.
