Description
Using Noritake Itron's vacuum electroluminescence technology, Korg has designed a low power consumption, miniaturized component that is superior to a traditional tube. The VX50-AG is a 50W acoustic guitar amp with Nutube technology. With an incredible, faithful and transparent sound, it delivers a rich and detailed sound from subtle nuances to powerful attacks. It also features a microphone input that allows it to do stand-alone broadcasting for small stages. Despite its high output power, the 4.1 kg lightweight body and compact design allow for easy transportation. The one-piece ABS chassis ensures high durability and excellent sound quality. The coaxial speaker has a powerful 8-inch bass driver with tweeter. The spectrum is generous at the bottom and sparkling in the high frequencies.
Thanks to Nutube technology, this amp offers 50W power and a warmth comparable to traditional tubes. You'll enjoy the harmonics and power of electro-luminescent tubes, as well as a clear and compressed sound.
The optimized Bass Reflex design is tuned specifically for acoustic guitar. The chassis uses an ABS polymer for its light weight, durability and excellent acoustic properties. This also allows for a machining impossible to achieve with wood for an ideal resonance of the baffle. In addition, wood is used for the baffle, which provides optimal resonance for an amp of this type.
The INSTRUMENT channel features a 3-band EQ - BASS, MIDDLE and TREBLE. The MIC channel offers a 2-band EQ with BASS and TREBLE and independent effects are also provided for each channel. The effects of the INSTRUMENT channel are chorus + reverb and high quality chorus, while the MIC channel provides a reverb. The power amplifier section has a built-in limiter for total control. Each input of the VX50-AG has an independent VOLUME control. In addition, there is an AUX IN jack to connect your audio player or drum machine for jam sessions, a LINE OUT jack that can be connected to your broadcast system and a headphone jack ideal for practicing at home.
