Description

Like the Broadway panels, the Paintables are fully “encapsulated” in a fiberglass weave with a resin-hardened molding to create crisp, robust edges and long-lasting durability. Instead of wrapping the panels in fabric, the front face and edges are coated with a textured latex finish that is both porous and permeable. This balanced formula allows the panels to be spray-painted or screen-printed without affecting their acoustic performance. This means the user can choose the final color without having to compromise on color options. The acoustical engineer or architect is therefore free to select the final color, streamlining the decision-making process at installation.

Paintables are supplied in a neutral white finish and available in a variety of sizes, making them perfectly suited to large-scale installations, small studios, and all types of public spaces. In addition, Paintables panels have achieved a B-s2 d0 fire rating (French M1 classification) in accordance with European fire test standards EN 13501-1 and EN ISO 11925-2.

The Cloud Paintables ceiling acoustic panels comprise a selection of unique, original shapes, including circular Cirrus, hexagonal Hexus, and square Altos, alongside rectangular paintable Nimbus and Stratus panels. They are particularly well-suited to venues with distinctive character that seek to improve acoustics without detracting from the room’s aesthetics, such as restaurants or lobbies.
