This new series of point source loudspeakers was developed and designed in Germany with the needs and requirements of rental companies and event organizers in mind, requiring a versatile, durable, and cost-effective sound solution.
These requirements are met in every detail of the LINEAR 9 models: uncompromising selection of components, precise waveguides specifically developed for the series, multi-ply birch cabinets with polyurethane coating, generously dimensioned Class D power amplifiers of the latest generation, professional PowerCon power outlets.
To ensure fast and accurate speaker configuration, the speakers can be networked and controlled remotely via an easy-to-use dedicated software application (Mac and PC compatible). This application allows access to the various DSP parameters of the speakers, but also to control and integrate into the LINEAR 9 network speakers not originally equipped with a network connection.
The LINEAR 9 210 LTA is a unique model within the series. It features an oversized MCT (Multicell Transformer) waveguide. Its acoustic equipment combined with the waveguide allows it to produce a long distance projection. Its sophisticated design allows for quick and easy horizontal clustering.
