A true breakthrough for this new generation of MPC, the MPCe pads with 3D sensing technology open up a new world of expression. Sensitive to pressure and velocity and featuring new X/Y control, these pads can be split into four independent zones, allowing you to assign different sounds, articulations, effects, or variations to each zone, and to layer or transform sounds in real time. With these 4 zones across 16 pads, you get 64 distinct strike zones at your fingertips! Combined with eight pad banks, they turn every hit into a performance and dramatically accelerate your creative process.

Its large tilting 10.1" HD touchscreen ensures comfortable, intuitive project viewing, supported by a control surface with around a hundred dedicated buttons for instant access to essential functions. The 16 touch-sensitive Q-Links, topped by an angled panel of dedicated OLED displays, show assigned parameters in real time for mixing, editing, or sound design, delivering instant visual feedback without menu diving.
The new XL Channel Command on the MPC XL takes you further with a true channel strip dedicated to the active track. With a single press, instantly access essential track settings such as levels, pan, effect sends, outputs, arming, and recording parameters—without changing screens or interrupting your workflow. Thanks to its dedicated OLED and rotary encoder, you can control your track with ease.
Comprehensive, expandable connectivity
This large-format MPC offers extensive connectivity to adapt to the most demanding studios as well as advanced live rigs. On the input side, it features 2 combo XLR/TRS mic inputs with phantom power, plus 2 TRS line inputs, 2 RCA phono inputs for turntables, and 2 dedicated instrument inputs, letting you capture all your sources without an external interface.
On the output side, the MPC XL provides 8 independent TRS line outputs (4 stereo pairs) for precise multichannel routing to a mixing console, external processors, or a PA system, plus 2 headphone outputs in 1/4" and 3.5 mm formats.
Its USB-C audio interface handles up to 24 audio channels and 32 MIDI channels, transforming the unit into a professional audio/MIDI interface and making direct sampling from a computer or mobile device simple.
