Description
• The multi-stage Valvetronix tube preamp incorporates an analog circuit that reproduces the subtle nuances of an all-tube amp.
• The hybrid power stage combines an analog circuit with a digital power amp. Differences between Class A and AB operation, the impact of bias settings, and variations in tube response are authentically reproduced by an analog circuit. All these parameters can be adjusted to suit your preferences to personalize your sound and the amp’s response.
• The sound quality of each model has been greatly improved thanks to DSP (digital signal processor) optimization.
• A USB port lets you use the Vox Tone Room software to customize amp and effect simulations. You can store up to 3 effects or amp simulations in your VTX. Tone Room is available for Windows, Mac, and iOS (iPad, iPhone).
• For added realism, the bass-reflex cabinet reduces energy loss during signal reproduction and projects generous low end.
The VT-X Classic Blue marks the return of the legendary Valvetronix hybrid sound. The recent development of the AC-HWR series has allowed the Vox team to push VT-X series modeling even further. The result is deeper tube-like response, smoother clean-to-crunch transitions, and increased expressiveness, all in a bold new blue design with unmistakable VOX attitude.
