Description

The JB can be soft and warm but also fat and rocky, perfect for heavy blues or aggressive rock... Some guitarists mount it with a 250 k potentiometer to soften the highs. Available in tremucker format.

England, 1974: Seymour created the cult combination of the SH-4 JB™ on the bridge and the SH-2N Jazz Model™ on the neck. These two pickups became the most versatile set on the market.

The JB™ owes its popularity to its dense winding, which provides a high output with just the right amount of sustain and distortion. It's perfect for wild solos. The Jazz Model™ in neck position projects crystal clear, rhythmically articulated sounds with a balanced overall output level.

This set is ideal for playing from hard blues to heavy rock. Each humbucker has four drivers for splitting the coils. Mounting diagrams and hardware (screws, springs) are included.

Note: the JB™ of this set is designed for traditional string spacing.
