Description

With a processor that provides the ideal saturation for Periphery, Mark's new pickups needed to gain in clarity for his complex voicings, coil splitting or drop tuning. Through meticulous testing, Mark Holcomb and the Seymour Duncan development team created the Scarlet neck pickup and the Scourge bridge pickup. Like Mark's other signature neck pickup, Alpha, perfect for his heaviest riffs, the Scarlet is equipped with ceramic magnets, but with a calibrated output level for optimum articulation in clean or crunch sound. The Scourge, with its Alnico VIII magnets, wonderfully lavishes the precise lows and mids needed to anchor Mark's new sound.
