To achieve the aggressive, articulate grind he’s known for, Wes asked for a set of rail humbuckers with blistering output and maximum balance and clarity. Built with two stainless-steel rails, a ceramic magnet, and a specific winding to reach the desired output level, the Jupiter humbuckers deliver an aggressive tone with precise mids and excellent string-to-string balance. It won’t give you Wes’s fingers, but at least you’ll have the right sound!

Handcrafted at the Seymour Duncan workshop in Santa Barbara, California (USA), the Wes Hauch signature Jupiter humbucker is available individually for bridge or neck position and also as a two-pickup set.

Designed with two stainless-steel rails, a ceramic magnet, and a high-output winding developed in close collaboration with Wes Hauch.

 

That’s how the Jupiter was born: an aggressive humbucker, very clear yet with a pronounced midrange attack. Bridge pickup for 6-string guitar in black finish, 4-conductor design, resistance rating 14.27k.
