Description

The cabinet is also more compact, but the design has been thought out to ensure an excellent low frequency response. One of the elements that determine the limit of low frequency reproduction is the zero frequency (f0: the lowest resonance frequency), so the h.p. from the latest research lowers this seuil  considerably; the result is a h.p. that, despite its small size, offers a generous sound in low frequencies. In order to take full advantage of the bass of this speaker, the cabinet has a unique semi-open rear structure. Although compact and lightweight, this speaker has a high efficiency with a very musical result. speaker can be connected in parallel. A single unit offers an output power of up to 25 W under 8 Ω, connecting 2 units at 50 W under 4 Ω for more volume.

The ideal companion for the BC108 is the MV50 amp head. This amp head is suitable for this cabinet and, thanks to its EQ switch, it can compensate the bass response and attenuate high frequencies. This combination gives you a sound that takes full advantage of the speaker's characteristics without altering the MV50's capabilities. Using the MV50 with 2 BC108 units connected in parallel will maximize the sound potential.
