"What I really like about my Deep Hats, is their extreme versatility. They fill the sound space between my charleys and my crashes. I often play them on time like a metronome, the sound is very close to "crash-riding", however the Deep Hats are softer and more precise. That's what I prefer. They have the right balance between "trashy" and "washy" sounds, mixed with soft and dark bass. They're absolutely perfect for my playing style."
