LINDY 38341 Ø Distributes HDMI® resolutions up to 100m on a Cat.6 network cable via HDBaseT technology Ø Supports HDMI® 18G resolutions up to 4K@60Hz 4:4:4, with additional support for HDR. Ø Supports ARC signals, as well as RS-232, CEC, Ethernet pass-through and bi-directional IR for simple control. Ø PoC (Power over cable) support, requiring a power connection on only one side of the installation. Ø 2-year warranty Lindy's HDBaseT Cat.6 HDMI® 4K60, Audio, IR & RS-232 100m transmitter is part of a reliable, high-performance solution for extending HDMI® signals over long distances via Cat.6 network cable. By combining this transmitter with a compatible Lindy HDBaseT receiver (38342), this solution ensures reliable transmission up to 100m. The following distance and resolution combinations are possible using high-quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable: 100m: 1920x1080@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit 70m: 3840x2160@60Hz 4:4:4 8bit / 4:2:2 12bit Support for resolutions of up to 4K Ultra HD enables stunningly clear video viewing, while additional support for HDR (High Dynamic Range) enables content to be displayed with increased brightness, greater contrast between blacks and whites and a much wider color gamut. It's a reliable solution for creating eye-catching digital signage in stores, immersive displays at events, or eye-catching set-ups in large conference rooms or lecture halls. Support for ARC over HDMI® allows audio content from the screen to be fed back to a connected amplifier or soundbar, while local audio extraction allows audio outputs to be connected for immersive multi-channel sound. Receiver-side digital audio integration can also be used for source audio, which can be easily switched via the main unit's push button. PoC (Power over Cable) functionality offers additional flexibility. It enables power to be supplied at the same time as data via a Cat.6 network cable in a point-to-point connection between transmitter and receiver, meaning only one power supply is needed on the transmitter unit. This is ideal when power outlets are limited on the receiver side of the installation. Equipped with bi-directional IR ports on both sides of the installation, source equipment can be easily controlled from the screen side, and the screen can also be controlled from the HDMI® source side. Combined with CEC control, which enables commands from a single main remote, this extension system provides complete and simple control for the user. Bi-directional RS-232 and Ethernet ports also enable integration into larger control systems, or connection to network switches and hubs with LAN access. In addition, the power supply is connected via a screw-type DC socket, offering a more secure and reliable connection, perfect for professional installations where accidental disconnections could create a major problem. HDBaseT is a globally recognized standard for high-quality distribution of AV content and other technologies, including power and control, over longer distances via Cat.6 or higher cable. HDBaseT_ and the HDBaseT Alliance logo are registered trademarks of the HDBaseT Alliance. The use of other cable types, or the introduction of wall plates, couplers or patch panels, will reduce the distances available.
