Ensuring smooth, efficient communication

The PT-CMZ50EJ is an ultra-short-throw laser projector designed for hybrid learning and meeting spaces, even in bright conditions. It delivers an 80-inch image from a minimum distance of 1 cm (1/3 inch) 4, eliminating shadows cast on the screen. Its laser light source generates 5,200 lm 3 with a dynamic contrast of 3,000,000:15. This projector offers approximately 20% higher watt per lumen efficiency6 than other short-throw lamp models, and requires no light source or filter maintenance for 20,000 hours.7

Versatile, simplified installation

The PT-CMZ50EJ can be ceiling or wall mounted using optional brackets, including the lightweight ET-WBC100 wall-mounting system, partially pre-assembled for easy installation. Image adjustment is easy via remote control, thanks to the Digital Zoom Extender, Image Shift8 function and motorized focus. Its elegant design and quiet 27 dB9 operation blend discreetly into your space, minimizing disturbance.

Intuitive, fluid user experience

Facing the growing demand for widescreen content, the PT-CMZ50EJ supports 2560 x 1080 (21:9)10 and 3240 x 1080 (27:9)10 input signals. It includes an HDMI™ output for connecting another projector. Start-up is virtually instantaneous: images appear about a second11 after switching on, and CEC12 HDMI™ control starts the projector and automatically displays content when played back from a source. You can also share your screen with the PressIT 2 wireless presentation system or wireless module2.
