Description

The DW5066 wall panel is a multi-zone all-in-one controller for M2 and R2 digital matrix audio systems and multimedia digital audio mixers. It provides various control functions such as selecting the audio source so that routing can be changed or specific mix presets ("scenes" - only for M2) can be triggered. The control is done using the versatile rotary knob with which other parameters such as volume, tone control, phantom power, mute, ... can also be controlled.

Two local line and microphone level inputs allow the connection of local sources which can be made available throughout the system and one of these inputs can also be converted to a local line output. The two audio line and microphone inputs can be mixed locally using two potentiometers and a 15V phantom power can be activated for the microphone input.

The audio output function can be very useful in applications where a local audio output is required, outputting the same audio signal as one of the direct outputs. This can be very useful for monitoring, recording, or other system expansion purposes.

A 2.5" graphic LCD display provides user-friendly navigation to control the system and audio connections are made using XLR (microphone) and stereo RCA (line) connectors.
