In April 2024, 4 years after the launch of its first hybrid XLR/USB dynamic microphone, Shure introduces the MV7+ podcast microphone, a new version of the MV7 with major hardware and software enhancements that take into account the evolving needs of content creators and make it easy to get the best possible sound.
The MV7+ features hybrid USB-C and XLR output and an ideal appearance for its type of use. Recording or streaming top-quality sound just got easier. Indeed, its configurable system enables an efficient workflow with a minimum of editing thanks to its multicolor LED touch panel with its "touch mute" function. Built with the latest voice-isolation technology and Shure's new DSP engine, which includes its latest innovations such as an even more optimized Auto Level mode, a digital pop filter, a real-time denoiser (ambient noise reducer) and an adjustable reverb. All these settings are possible and accessible via the brand-new MOTIV Mix desktop application, which enables multitrack recording and routing, and with which firmware and software updates will be possible, adding even more functionality.
