Description
The AmpAcademy is a guitar amp modeler that allows you to recapture the sounds of legendary vintage or modern amps, American "blackface" types, British or Californian combos, or even famous British or American all-tube + cabinet heads! Each amp model can be adjusted directly with the traditional physical volume, gain and 4-band EQ knobs, but the pedal also features a boost and noise reduction setting to push/control higher gains. The "A/B" footswitch selects clean (channel A) or crunch (channel B) amps. The "Scene" footswitch scrolls through 3 different scenes, activating or not the different additional effect signal blocks (NR, EFX, EQ, Fx Loop, Reverb), which allows you to manage the chaining of your sounds like a multi-effect.In addition to the quality modeling of legendary amps, the AmpAcademy integrates guitar effects to easily process and enrich your sound. Some of the effects can be physically set on the pedal (NR, Boost, Reverb) but they can also be easily customized and refined via the free editing software accessible via the USB connection!
