By choosing to work with metal bars or raw wood, Brancher avoids any air bubbles that might slip into a mold during manufacture, or cracks in J21AG wood. Nevertheless, polishing remains a craft, allowing workers to check each mouthpiece a first time before sending them off to be veneered. Once completed, each mouthpiece is fitted with a flexible ligature with nylon weft and metal pressure plate, a beak cover, before being packed in an elegant wooden box for shipment to the four corners of the world.
