Description
It is perfectly suited for installations such as classrooms, presentation rooms or meeting rooms where it can be used and installed in combination with screens, smartboards or projectors.
The acoustics are based on a speaker solution, consisting of two 1.5" high frequency speakers, two 2" mid frequency speakers and a low frequency section with two 2.5" low frequency speakers with an RMS value. The power handling reaches an overall level of 60 Watt RMS. The Class D amplifier with integrated WaveSelect DSP processing and transmission line configuration for the low-frequency drivers offers crystal-clear sound reproduction with an amazing low-frequency response. Selectable DSP presets offer optimization for applications such as presentations, music playback or videos.
Various input options such as unbalanced line-in, HDMI (ARC) or SPDIF (optical and coaxial) input allow compatibility with a variety of input sources, while a built-in Bluetooth 4.2 receiver enables wireless connections with portable devices. In installations where multiple EMIs are installed in the area, it may be desirable to assign custom Bluetooth IDs to distinguish them from each other. Typical applications are hotels, conference rooms, schools. The hotel mode feature of the firmware provides a solution for these applications. An additional function is also implemented to set a specific wake-up source, allowing the IMEO2 to always power up with the same selected input source, regardless of the selected input source before power down. A USB interface allows playback or storage of multimedia and voice files. In addition, the USB interface also allows you to connect the memory device of your choice.
The unit's quick side controls allow you to select inputs and adjust the volume. These same touch-sensitive buttons lock both input and volume, which is very useful in hotel or educational environments to set the right expectations.
The included infrared remote control allows you to select inputs, adjust volume and select EQ presets, while the unique and clever wall mounting bracket allows convenient wall mounting on any surface or location, with optimal cable guidance and coverage. The soundbar can be versatilely mounted above or below any projection screen. In addition, the optional MBK440 Screen Mounting Bracket can also be used to mount the professional sound bar on the wall or on any VESA200 to VESA700 compliant cart.
With the Auto Power Down feature, the EOEMI automatically goes into power saving mode after 15 minutes of inactivity. Thus, no unnecessary energy is wasted, while the EOEMI remains ready to play at all times.
