Description
The low-frequency transducer, made from high-quality materials, is paired with a 1.7-inch voice-coil compression driver, delivering high sound pressure levels and a very accurate speaker response, with wide 90° x 70° coverage for a broad range of applications.
When not in use, the active versions of the VEXO series automatically switch to standby mode to save energy. This means the active versions can also be used in fixed installations, since there is no need to power them off physically after each use.
Using an optional 70V/100V line transformer allows the VEXO series to be used in 70V or 100V systems. By replacing the 70V/100V rear plate with a model featuring a built-in module, the high-performance loudspeaker can then be used in a 70V/100V configuration.
The cabinets are built from 15 mm plywood with a polyurethane coating, making them resistant to impacts. The front of the cabinet features a powder-coated steel grille with acoustic foam. A recessed carry handle on the rear makes handling easy. Positioning and suspending the cabinet is straightforward thanks to the standard 35 mm pole adapter on the bottom and the M10 rigging points. Two connectors provide reliable connections.
The optional Clever U bracket allows the loudspeaker to be mounted horizontally and vertically. A tilt range from -90° to +35° ensures optimal positioning. The optional MBK bracket even allows the VEXO series to be mounted to the ceiling, making it possible to install the loudspeaker neatly in any environment.
