Description

Achieving the ideal timbre with the right tension required very fine spinning, making these strings more fragile than all others, with much faster wear. Thanks to constant research into materials, Aquila offers two innovative solutions, guaranteeing both excellent acoustic performance and great stability and strength, while maintaining a good balance with other strings:

  • The first solution is a grey, spun string, supplied by default in all their sets, spun with a highly resistant alloy, totally hypoallergenic, which will satisfy those accustomed to spun strings.
  • The second solution consists of a solid, synthetic rope, black in color, designed from a bio-plastic loaded with metal powder to increase its density. This synthetic string has a perfectly smooth surface and offers acoustic performance far superior to traditional spun strings.
