Description
The roasted maple neck, secured with four bolts, sturdy and comfortable, is topped with a 22-fret roasted maple fingerboard that adds comfort and brightness to your highest solos. The Eko Steel bridge incorporates three individually adjustable saddles to optimize string action and intonation. The 4+2 locking tuners ensure tuning stability. The body’s natural “roasted” hue pairs beautifully with the black hardware. Finally, the satin open-pore finish lets the raw, natural beauty of the grain shine through.
A highly versatile electronics configuration!
On the electronics side, the Tero 701 Wildwood is equipped with three single-coil pickups—an SSS configuration—highly versatile for a Tele-style guitar. The 5-way selector switch broadens the instrument’s tonal palette, with three positions (neck, middle, and bridge) associated with each of the three pickups delivering clear, powerful sounds, and two in-between positions wired in parallel to achieve more scooped, velvety tones. This highly versatile SSS setup combined with the 5-way selector covers the vast majority of musical styles.
