In order to make these low planetary frequencies audible to the human ear, Swiss mathematician and scientist Hans Cousto developed the frequency doubling method in the 1970s. This involves transposing the planets' vibrations into higher octaves by doubling the frequency repeatedly until they are perceptible to us. These tones, known as octave-analog frequencies, are also part of what's known as the "cosmic octave".
