It supports 8K 7680x4320@60Hz and 4K120Hz* video resolutions, making it ideal for 8K game streaming or high-resolution 8K video editing. Additional support for High Dynamic Range (HDR) ensures that video content can be viewed with enhanced brightness, higher contrast and a much wider color gamut, for more realistic colors. HDCP 2.2 ensures trouble-free playback of Ultra HD 8K movies and other 8K content. The converter is powered by the USB bus, so no external power supply is required, saving space and time when connecting. The reversible design of the C-type connectors makes it possible to find a connection no matter which way the cable is inserted into the port of a laptop, notebook or Macbook.
