LINDY 443381 Ø High-performance active extension cable provides an extended 5m connection between a computer with a USB Type C port and a USB Type A device. Ø Can be used on its own or as part of Lindy's Pro extension system to create custom extensions of up to 40m (depending on the cables used). Ø USB power adapter cable included Ø 2-year warranty The Pro USB 3.2 Gen 1 C/A active extension cable is a high-performance active cable for accessing USB peripherals over long distances. Supporting data transfer speeds of up to 5Gbit/s, this extension is perfect for transferring large volumes of data quickly and reliably. This 5 m active USB 3.2 C/A extension cable can be used on its own or as part of Lindy's Pro USB 3.0 extension system. This system is a modular solution that lets you combine several active extension cables and a USB 3.0 hub to distribute USB signals to up to 4 devices at around 40m (depending on the cable configurations used). Please note that only the Pro USB 3.2 C/A 5m active extension cable (Nr. 43380) or the 8m version (Nr. 43381) can be connected directly to your computer. Once the first cable has been connected, you can then cascade further cables to reach a maximum distance of 40m. The final part of the extension can be any segment of the Extension Pro system (Nr. 43157, 43158, 43229, 43361). If you need to extend several devices, or if you're connecting a USB device with a high power requirement, then you should use the 10m Hub Pro unit (Nr. 43159) with its power supply as the final part of the extension. If a USB Type C device is to be connected, it's also possible to use an active USB 3.0 Type A to C extension cable (Nr. 43375 or 43376) as the last segment. This cable features industry-proven active technology and locking connectors to guarantee total signal integrity in the most demanding environments.
