0.44 mm EDGE-TO-EDGE PICTURE WALL Model 55VM5J-H Large, uniform screens with extremely thin frames The ultra-thin frame, with a 1.74 mm edge-to-edge, dramatically reduces interference and delivers immersive, seamless content on assembled video walls. Blank image reduction The VH7J-H is equipped with an image enhancement algorithm that reduces the lag between screens on a video wall during video playback. Objects close to the edges are adjusted for a smooth viewing experience. Larger viewing angle Large screens are usually positioned higher than the viewing level. The VH7J-H's wide angle (40˚) provides optimum picture quality for video walls, and is high enough to project vivid colors across the entire screen without color distortion. Wider viewing angle LG's IPS technology stabilizes and better controls the liquid crystals, which in turn makes it possible to view the screen from virtually any angle. As a result, the VH7J-H captures viewers' attention with ultra-realistic colors, whatever position they're looking at the screen from. Easy color adjustment The screen color temperature can be easily adjusted to suit the content, in 100 K steps, using a remote control. Simplified white balance adjustment On conventional video walls, white balance was only adjustable in "100% white" mode, but with the VH7J-H you can modify each value of the gray scale, to achieve a more detailed and precise white balance setting. High performance and adaptability Thanks to the SoC solution and webOS platform, the VH7J series is capable of multi-tasking, while projecting video content without the need for a media player. It's easier to build and optimize, as webOS uses HTML5 as its web platform and offers an SDK (Software Development Kit). Flexible content creation Four different videos can be played simultaneously via web applications, and various animation effects, such as resizing or rotation, can be added to the content using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) transition effects. Real-time broadcasting* is also available, offering sufficient flexibility to organize and diversify content, with no capacity limits. Intuitive menu structure The menu structure has been optimized for commercial use. It simplifies workflow approaches and groups similar functions together, adopting an easy-to-use graphical interface. As a result, users no longer have to go through a process of trial and error as they discover functions and manage screens. Dedicated user interface for Portrait orientation The conventional graphical user interface (GUI) had been designed with landscape screen use in mind, so the OSD (On-Screen Display) function was not suitable for portrait mode. However, the OSD of the VH7J,-H series features a large menu with larger fonts and a 9:16 aspect ratio, creating a comfortable and efficient professional environment. Conformal coating The video wall can sometimes be exposed to dusty and damp environments, which can degrade performance over time. The conformal coating on the main circuit board (power supply board) considerably reduces these risks by protecting the video wall from salt, dust, iron powder, humidity, etc. EMC Class B certified The VH7J-H is EMC Class B certified; in other words, it's electronic equipment designed for use in residential as well as commercial, industrial or business environments. It is therefore suitable for local use in meeting rooms, boardrooms, etc. Real-time LG ConnectedCare service Maintenance becomes quick and easy with the optional LG ConnectedCare* service, a cloud service solution provided by LG. This service remotely manages the status of displays in customers' workplaces through fault diagnostics and remote control services, promoting stability in customers' operations. Chaining capability LAN chaining lets you control and monitor video walls, and even update their firmware simultaneously. Similarly, thanks to UHD daisy-chaining using HDMI and DisplayPort, you can easily install a UHD video wall without the need for a DisplayPort MST hub. IP5x-certified design IP5x dustproof certification guarantees that the product is protected against dust, virtually eliminating the risk of performance degradation.
