Description
The range also includes a boundary microphone transmitter with omnidirectional or cardioid directivity, and a tabletop base transmitter compatible with Microflex modular goosenecks.

The ULX-D digital wireless system range is designed for the most demanding live performances and fixed installations.

ULX-D system highlights

Digital audio

24-bit / 48 kHz digital audio processing, with a 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and a dynamic range greater than 120 dB, ensures incredibly faithful and precise reproduction of sound sources.

RF performance

The RF signal stability and exceptional spectral efficiency of the ULX-D range allow up to 560 compatible frequencies per band in High Density mode.

Signal encryption

256-bit signal encryption guarantees privacy—ideal for any installation where confidentiality is essential.

Network control

Networking multiple receivers via Ethernet enables the use of Wireless Workbench 6 software, frequency coordination via the Axient Spectrum Manager, system control with external automation, and Dante™ digital audio networking (except the single-channel receiver). Remote monitoring and control from an iOS or Android device is possible with the ShurePlus™ Channels app.

Power

ULX-D transmitters can be powered either by two AA (LR6) batteries or by a Shure SB900B rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which displays remaining runtime in hours and minutes with ±15-minute accuracy.

The ULX-D series is available in VHF and UHF in the following bands: V51 (174–216 MHz), G51 (470–534 MHz), H51 (534–598 MHz), K51 (606–670 MHz), and now in the wideband G56 (470–636 MHz).

Handheld transmitter fitted with an interchangeable KSM9 condenser capsule with two switchable polar patterns: cardioid/supercardioid. Powered by two AA (LR6) batteries or an optional SB900B lithium-ion battery.
