The Vox APC-2 is much more than a simple guitar: it’s a true revolution in the world of portable instruments. Equipped with a built-in amplifier, it offers a complete experience without the need for additional gear. Its unique design is inspired by the legendary VOX guitars of the 1960s, while incorporating modern technologies that make it a versatile tool, ideal for musicians on the go.
The APC-2 features a high-quality analog amplifier section that benefits from VOX’s amp-design expertise. This system faithfully reproduces the signature VOX AC30 sound while allowing great tonal flexibility, ranging from clean tones to the most intense distortions thanks to precise gain control. One of this guitar’s major assets is its Tectonic Audio omnidirectional speaker, which delivers clear, balanced sound projection even when you’re not directly in front of the instrument.
In addition to its amplification, the APC-1 offers drum-machine features and built-in effects such as chorus, delay, tremolo, and reverb, with real-time tempo adjustment.
