The range also includes a boundary microphone transmitter with an omnidirectional or cardioid polar pattern, and a table stand transmitter compatible with Microflex modular goosenecks.
The ULX-D digital wireless system range is designed for the most demanding live productions and fixed installations.
ULX-D system highlights
Digital audio
24-bit / 48 kHz digital audio processing, a 20 Hz–20 kHz frequency response, and a dynamic range greater than 120 dB ensure incredibly faithful and precise reproduction of sound sources.
RF performance
The RF signal stability and exceptional spectral efficiency of the ULX-D range allow the use of up to 560 compatible frequencies within a frequency band in High Density mode.
Signal encryption
256-bit signal encryption ensures privacy protection—ideal for installations where confidentiality is essential.
Network control
Ethernet networking of multiple receivers enables the use of Wireless Workbench 6 software, frequency coordination via the Axient Spectrum Manager, control with an external controller, and Dante™ digital audio networking (except single receiver). Remote monitoring and control from an iOS or Android device with the ShurePlus™ Channel app.
Power
ULX-D transmitters can be powered by two AA batteries or by a Shure SB900B rechargeable Li-ion battery, which displays remaining runtime in hours and minutes with an accuracy of ±15 minutes.
The ULX-D series is available in VHF and UHF in the V51 (174–216 MHz), G51 (470–534 MHz), H51 (534–598 MHz), K51 (606–670 MHz), and now the wideband G56 (470–636 MHz) ranges.
Four-channel Dante digital receiver in a 1U / 19" metal chassis with an internal power supply. It features a backlit LCD shared by both channels.
Supplied with a front-mount antenna kit, a 90 cm Ethernet cable, and two 1/2-wave antennas.
